Income Disclosure Statement

MyDayBack Independent Representative Program · Effective March 2026

⚠️ Read This First

The income examples presented in MyDayBack materials are not typical. Most people who join direct sales programs earn little to no income. There is no guaranteed income. No base salary. No commission unless you make sales.

How It Works

Representatives earn 20% recurring monthly commissions on active client subscriptions. Founding Reps (first 100) lock in 22% permanently. Commissions cease when clients cancel. Representatives are independent contractors, not employees.

Commission Math — Not Typical Results

Active ClientsMonthly Commission (20%)Annual (if maintained)
5 clients$149/mo$1,788/yr
10 clients$298/mo$3,576/yr
25 clients$745/mo$8,940/yr
50 clients$1,490/mo$17,880/yr
100 clients$2,980/mo$35,760/yr
200 clients$5,960/mo$71,520/yr

These are mathematical projections only. They assume all clients remain active for 12 consecutive months. This is not guaranteed.

Realistic Expectations

  1. Most direct sales participants earn little to nothing. This is an industry-wide documented fact.
  2. Building a client base requires sustained effort over months before meaningful recurring income develops.
  3. This is a supplemental income opportunity. Do not rely on it as primary income without a proven track record.
  4. Income examples in marketing materials are exceptional, not typical.

Incentives

Tier rewards (vehicle leases, trips, bonuses) require maintaining qualifying client counts for 90+ consecutive days. They are discretionary, may be modified or discontinued with notice, and are not guaranteed income. DayBack Dollars have no cash value except as redeemable for goods in the marketplace.
